To comply with the regulatory requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) and the Ministry of Land and Resources and other competent departments on real estate and land appraisals, CEA reorganized and founded China Enterprise Appraisals Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd. in 2005, specializing in appraisal and consulting business relating to real estate and land.

The Company is able to undertake land and real estate appraisal consulting, project investment planning and feasibility studies, property brokers, training and overseas property valuation, appearing in economic activities such as restructuring and listing of enterprises, M&As and restructuring, Sino-foreign joint ventures, judicial proceedings, compensation for expropriation and mortgage disposal.
